Banana Oatmeal Pancakes



This super simple recipe is easy to make, filling and nutritious for the whole family!


** note you'll probably want to double the recipe!**


Ingredients:


1/8 cup - Rolled oats, dry (organic)

1/8 tsp - Baking powder

2/3 - Medium Banana

2 or 3 - Large Egg

1/3 - Pinch of Salt


Instructions


1 .Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Allow the batter to stand for about 10-20 minutes until thickened.

2. Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet or griddle with ghee or coconut oil and heat over medium heat.

3. Once the skillet is nicely warmed up pour in the batter by 1/3 cup scoops.

4. Cook until bubbles appear on top and sides are browning. Flip cakes and cook until golden brown.


5. Top with fresh organic berries, ghee and a splash of pure maple syrup.
